US Prepaid Telecom web sites are
owned and operated by US Prepaid Telecom. Your access to
USPT is subject to the terms and conditions of USPT, the Privacy
Policy, notices, disclaimers and any other rules of use contained on
this Web site. Your use of, and/or access to USPT constitutes your
agreement to the terms and conditions stated herein. USPT defines the E-Trepreneur member as an affiliate of US Prepaid Telecom.
USPT has the right to deny E-Trepreneur membership to any entity.
Registration for E-Trepreneur membership takes place on the USPT Web site.
You are responsible for any use and activity on your E-Trepreneur account. You are responsible for third party users, including employees, authorized or unauthorized by you to use your user ID and password. Any illegal activity, including, but not limited to, fraudulent misrepresentation, may be, at USPTs sole discretion, grounds for termination of your account. In certain circumstances, USPT may refer you to appropriate law enforcement agencies.
You may not open an account for another person. To comply with the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) children younger than age 18 will not be allowed to become members. To further understand the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, visit www.ftc.gov/ogc/coppa1.htm.
You may, at any time, update your personal information by going to the Account Detail section in the Electronic Tracking System (ETS). It is your responsibility to keep your e-mail address and mailing address current.
Member accounts with incorrect or outdated e-mail addresses are subject to termination. USPT will use your e-mail address for verification of changes made to your account, policy changes and for sending our members periodical USPT updates.
Commission checks will be sent to the contact information provided in the ETS. Any returned commission checks caused by incorrect address are subject to $50 charge fee.
Social Security Numbers
All United States residents are required to submit their Social Security or Federal Tax I.D. (Corporation) when their E-Trepreneur profitability has reached $600 or more. The USPT accounting staff will send you form 1099-Misc when your income has reached $600 or more. This information is used for the purpose of reporting income earned to the proper taxing authorities. Social Security Number or Federal Tax I.D. cannot, and will not, be used for anything other than required tax reporting purposes.
Social Security Numbers or Federal Tax I.D. will be verified through the Social Security Administration. Any member who purposefully sends a Social Security Number or Federal Tax I.D. that is incorrect will be reported to the Social Security Administration and Internal Revenue Service for fraud and their E-Trepreneur membership will be terminated.
Issuance of Payments
All affiliate payments will be made at the end of each subsequent month with checks sent to mailing address as provided in the account set up form. Payments will only be issued for commissions totaling at least $50.00 per month. If this minimum is not met, commissions will be rolled over and Affiliates will be issued a check on the month when commissions have exceeded the minimum. All checks issued by USPT to affiliates will be voided 90 days after issuance if not cashed. It is the affiliate’s sole responsibility to update USPT of any changes to contact or banking information by updating information online or providing written notice. Commission checks will be sent to the contact information provided in the ETS. Any returned commission checks caused by incorrect address are subject to $50 charge fee. If affiliate cannot be contacted, USPT will cease all efforts to contact affiliate and check will be voided after 90 days. USPT accepts no responsibility for outstanding payments on checks which are voided 90 days after issuance.
Retention of Member Information
You agree that USPT may retain your personal information for the
duration of your E-Trepreneur membership with USPT and for a period
of time thereafter.
Site Content Originality
Any member suspected of plagiarism and duplication of other members site content will be immediately requested to revise it. USPT will give him/her 48 hours to do so. In the event of non compliance USPT reserve the right to suspend the account until further notice.
You shall be solely responsible for creating, operating and maintaining your website at your own expense. You acknowledge and agree that your site will NOT:
infringe or violate any applicable law, rule or regulation;
be defamatory, offensive or controversial;
be obscene or pornographic;
violate any laws regarding false advertising

As a member of USPT you will earn a ONE TIME fee of $25.00 on every referral who becomes a member. Referral fees are paid to you when the annual dues of your referral have been received, in conjunction with 3 months of paid service. To be entitled for the referral fees, you must send in an e-mail or fax to us a notification stating the person(s) you are referring.
E-Trepreneur Membership Payments To USPT
Payments to USPT for E-Trepreneur membership are billed to the credit card that you provided during registration. The card can be updated in the ETS. Declined, refused and/or returned payments will result in a $50.00 service charge payable immediately.
Please be advised that the application fee of $99.99 and maintenance fee of $6.99 are not refundable for any reason whatsoever.
Once a member is terminated by his own discretion or by the discretion of USPT he/she will not be allowed back into the Program for a period of at least 3 months, and will have to pay registration fees again.
Any member suspected of fraud, against USPT, will be immediately placed on suspension until further research is conducted. Acts of fraud include, but are not limited to: credit card fraud, entering incorrect personal information, re-entering the USPT Program after being terminated and/or any other violation of USPT Policies.
Updates & Revisions
USPT reserves the right to change this or any policy with sufficient notice to our members. Continued E-Trepreneur membership in our program indicates your consent to the revised E-Trepreneur membership Agreement. If you do not agree with the changes, amendments or updates, you may request that your E-Trepreneur membership be terminated.
Our website may contain links to other companies and their websites. USPT is not responsible for, and makes no representations about, the privacy policies of such companies or the content of their Web site. You agree that USPT is not responsible for any relationship (damage or loss) you may have with a third party related to our websites.
Our policy is not to accept unsolicited ideas about new marketing, advertising, product, and/or packaging concepts and/or improvements. This policy is to avoid confusion about our ownership of new concepts. If you do send us a message about a proposed new idea, your message will be treated as non-proprietary and non-confidential; it becomes our property, and may or may not be used by us for any purpose without compensation to you.
Compliance of Policy
You agree to abide by all USPT policies. You also agree to abide by local, state, province, country or regional legal restrictions that may be applicable to your E-Trepreneur membership with the USPT Program. It is your responsibility to understand these laws and how they may affect or limit your E-Trepreneur membership with USPT. It is also your responsibility to file and make all payments relating to your income and the taxes due to your governmental authorities.
Limitation of Liability
USPT and its employees will not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance, under this E-Trepreneur membership agreement for causes beyond our control. Such causes include, but are not limited to: Computer hacking, system failures, internet failure, acts of war, strikes or labor disputes.
You agree and understand that in no event will officers or directors of USPT be liable for any direct, or indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential and/or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this Web site or one provided for you, with the inability to use this Web site or one provided for your use.
The availability of products can change and USPT will make every effort to provide the best information possible to all Affiliates and its visitors regarding the products' availability.
Exclusions & Limitations
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Terms & Conditions For Chargeback
Charge backs are not considered a way of refunding. If you should have any issues with charges on your account that have been reflected on your credit card statement other than the setup fee of $99.95 and $6.99 maintenance fee, YOU MUST do all that is possible within your means to resolve this directly with USPT and without Bank intervention. It is further understood by you that with this agreement USPT has every intention and the resources to resolve this with you in the best possible way. The cost of these actions to both the client and USPT is intolerable, and can and MUST be avoided at all costs.
Customers who prematurely issue charge backs for an account cancellation, refund, exchange, etc. without working through us within our policies/timeline are liable for additional administrative fees. If you initiate a chargeback and we are successful in reversing it, you will be charged applicable administrative fees of $30.00 per charge back. In addition to that each dispute penalty will be added on to the entire outstanding balance. Customers who use this site concede to the terms and conditions stated in this page.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless USPT and its affiliates, officers, agents, or other partners, and employees, from any third party claim or demand, including attorneys' fees, due or relating to your use of this website or one provided for your use, your violation of this E-Trepreneur membership agreement, or content you submit to or post on the USPT website. You are responsible for any unauthorized use, loss or theft. Cards and pins are not refundable or exchangeable (ALL SALES ARE FINAL) unless defective. Neither pin provider, network provider nor USPT make any warranty, express or implied, regarding the condition or fitness of the services offered for any particular use or purpose. The USPT liability shall be limited to: direct damages for personal or property injury, and for all other claims, an amount equal to the value of this Card. In no event will USPT be liable for PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, RELIANCE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. The exclusive remedy for all disputes against USPT arising out of purchase or use of pin, except for matters taken to small claims court, is arbitration by a single arbitrator under the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the AAA. DISPUTES AGAINST USPT WILL NOT BE HEARD BY A JURY OR IN A COURT AND MAY NOT BE MADE PART OF A CLASS ACTION SUIT. Membership may be cancelled and/or suspended without notice if fraud is reasonably suspected.
